26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, this yoga class is the same sequence of postures every time. The yoga does not change, but YOU do so you can see and feel your progress over time. This tried and true system of postures is designed for Everybody, regardless of age, fitness level, and medical condition. Originally designed for bad back and bad knees, this yoga works you inside-out, bones-to-skin, nothing is left untouched. Every bone, joint, muscle, ligament, tendon, organ, and gland is worked in this class. Bring your own mat, a towel if you like, a water bottle, and your smiling happy face!
